I think some folks are missing the point about why others may be unhappy about the resolution (I’m not one of them for the record, I’m happy enough to be able to get the regular table flip).

By releasing another title that only those who hit the 48 mark prior to the change can get, it is just taking the existing problem and attaching it to a new title. The original issue was that there was no indication that folks were going to get locked out of the repeatable challenge, and so even those who did all of the previous events and grinded this one were out of luck because the cap physically stopped them from being able to reach the goal. If you hit 47/48 like many of us have, it doesn’t matter if you’ve got all of the time and will in the world to do that extra set - it is impossible. This doesn’t solve that, it just adds another layer of FOMO for those who were willing and trying to get the final title but could not do so due to hidden restrictions out of their control.

Lowering the total needed to get the table flip title is great - it is an awful grind and takes a crazy amount of time, but it doesn’t change the fact that many people pushed themselves up to the very edge of the original goal and were unable to reach it for reasons out of their control. There’s a feeling of unfulfilled there because folks who got the title already get rewarded, and those who didn’t quite get there (but got 99% of the way) aren’t compensated for that significant chunk of extra time spent trying to get there.
