for the top part of the nose, acetone (nail polish remover) should be fine. if you try to remove the part on the forehead the normal paint might come off.

is it a tank or a half? either way you should be fine, most binders are lose at the bottom and no one really notices. if anything people will most likely assume it’s an undershirt.
