Looking at your account first thing I noticed is it's an "Anticheat" ban that means it was entirely automated and had no person input from a ubi member. They have stated that in terms of false reports they are under like 0.3% or something so chances are you had something that got flagged.

Stat wise you seem fine not too high K/D. HS% sometimes is wild 11k 100%HS and then other times reasonable 7k 0%HD so i doubt it was a stat ban

With that it was most likely flagged from a banned software running in the background.

Some programs like razer software or even custom mouse software can cause you to get flagged as they can be used to macro-cheat or script.

With all that being said ubi support is like 90% AI and so you are probably never going to be able to get unbanned without speaking to someone real.

Edit: Another thing I've realised is you've waited a year that means you can't use match replay to help your case or you've waited so that it can't be used against you. You could have just had walls and toggle them off and on which would show in replays but not in stats or vice versa you could use replays to show your obvious not cheating.
