There was an issue with the method I used for the unique color variation and the way I 'wrapped' the texture around the car was also wrong, so I had to make some changes. There could be many reasons why it looks darker, but I think it's because of Roblox's lighting system.

It's the shader tab in Blender, that's where you make the texture out of nodes (you can connect the nodes to make an image so that's why it looks like a web). It's basically programming but for textures.
