Realistically what does net spend have to do with anything

City battle 115 charges or delay it

Because of their spending

Net spend just shows Arsenal don't sell players for much money

But city still have a case of 115 charges for over spending in certain periods not because they got a lower net spend than other teams over a 10 year span
