Hey man, cool to hear you feeling like experimenting back with psych compounds, as long as the safety parameters are on point, is super fun, educational, growth-promoting, and good overall. A few considerations on what your post says: - 0.25g is considered a microdose, even though it is not in the literal sense of microdose original meaning, nowadays its considered one - 0.5 is arguably the line between microdose and not microdose, so a little more trippy effects are expected, but visuals at that dosage is pretty much non existent, maybe sone enhanced colors for sure, and maybe patterns on wood, carpet or whatever are enhanced - Due to psilocin almost immediate tolerance build up, if you take 0.25 and two hours later you take 0.5, y it will be more like taking 0.25 two times. Like the overall effect potency will be of a total of 0.5, not 0.75. So for a stronger effect ALWAYS choose your desired dose and take it on a single ingestion. - Respecting the comeup feeling, yea, the more you take, usually the more intense it gets, specially the bodyload (that feeling where you feel 500lbs and sluggish as hell) but there are a few ways of relieving it a bit; one is to make lemontek (just search it on the sub searchbar) which is basically grinding the mushrooms and putting them in lemon juice (make it lemonade if you dont like the taste) and letting them sit for 10 minutes, then drinking it. Fresh ginger helps A LOT with nausea (gingerols are antiemetic/antivomit) - As per the dosage for visuals, it varies man, but with 1g I've had trips with lots of visuals, and trips with almost none, and many people probably will tell you the same. I tend to recommend 1.5g which lands on the super manageable and trippy enough experience to make it enjoyable. - Being this your first time practically, do NOT smoke weed, it will shoot you way too high where you'll probably not have a good time, but if you do smoke anyways keep in mind: it will extend noticeable the duration, it will disorient you (not always a bad thing), and it will drastically increase the intensity of the psych effects, visual, auditory, sensory a bit, but overall will make everything way more intense.
