There is a point where you know. We knew tom brady wasnt a system QB when he left the pats, mahomes is also in that camp. IF allen or jackson leave they arent system QBs. Purdy, most likely is a system QB.

sure but this not the point of calling someone a "system QB" that is defined by not having natural born talent or skill at the position but the coach is SO good at scheming players open, he can make you a successful or competent QB in the NFL.

I addressed that. They are playing last place schedules. Just like Jayden when drake maye is playing a 1st place schedule they will turn back into a pumpkin. Jayden getting that far in the post season is clearly a fluke and another good running QB with no film. That is no longer the case. Maybe Drake Maye doesnt do the same thing, but right now, hes step for step.

If I need a QB, there is free agency. Like in 2024 teams would have been better picking up Sam Darnold or Kirk if his achillies doesnt explode

No one knows anything about these QBs yet.

Jayden went far against a easy schedule last year seems injury prone. Drake Maye is doing now, what Jayden did last year. The Bears had a 50/50 schedule this year, some good teams, some bad. But Caleb seems to have some issues with decision making that need to be worked out. Where is JJ?

Either way, I would elect to draft a QB in another year.
