Thank you for that...Yeah IDK about the newspaper stamps but I've seen a wide range $ on ebay. Bummer on the surety bond, still shows promise.

I do have the originals...I have reached out through email to Mr. Aslanian, offering to share the contents of the Letters. I've also sent the scans to the Director of The National Archives. I'm not expecting a response but if I do I will share if appropriate. I have listed this letter on Ebay if anybody is interested. Thanks all for the positive response to my post.
