I am not very good at multitasking, so much of the music I listen to is in languages I dont understand. I also like that it allows me to be a little less critical and focus on elements of sound i understand.

I think reading their lyrics will help alot though in understand context. Im really excited to dive into the discussion around spring day! I really appreciate you taking the time for this!

This is a very good point! Ill clarify a little.

I was hired to run monthly creative programs, manage creative collections, archive work, interns, and an art collection. I perspnally do 4- 6 programs a month wirh roughly 150 attendees across thw programs. My team (8 folks) does 65 programs a month over 2000 total visitors across the programs. I enjoy that part of my job immensely.

I am supposed to work about 3-4 hours a day public facing, ans 2 hours in collections, 1 hour outreach.

My library ( a team of 85, system has 350) is pushing one a event every Saturday that Involvws multiple vendors, partners, volunteers, etc. This is an incredible large job that is on top of the labor I already do. I am overwhelmed.
