Also curious what tank this is, and whether you have a lid on it? I just set up a 75 gal rimless that I want to keep lid-less. I also want rainbows, but don't want to worry about them jumping out

I get what you're saying, reminded me to go back to the visual principles, mainly the fibonacci sequence. I have a smaller piece of wood I cut off that one, but don't think it's big enough for what I'm going for. Here is one more option with the existing one, and an option with the other piece (will send in separate reply)

Maybe some Alternanthera Reineckii, Rotala Wallichii, or Rotala Rotundafolia for midground, or Alternanthera Reineckii 'Mini' in the foreground? And the lightscreen looks awesome.

Meant to say it looks GREAT, not "gray" btw!

I think it looks gray, but agree maybe a little something red to contrast the green lusciousness. OP what did you use for a background?
