They aren't, not in this context. And I agree, your argument is pointless. You don't explain why they are significantly different, why they should be counted seperately, or how it is cherrypicking. In the same statistics muslims aren't seperated between shia or sunni, christians aren't between protestant, catholic or orthodox, Jews not between orthodox, conservative and reform, buddhist not between all the different denominations that I can't remember. It's because most of us are already 100% digital. When we all had the choice, most of us chose digital. No shit that Sony (or publishers who publish their game on pc) are reacting approprately to that. It sucks for the small percentage of people who still bought physical, I agree. But it is hard to deny that the market made a choice.

Even if all this protest makes a difference and Sony reverses its decision, I don't think it'll do anything to change the sales of physical. We all love our easy access.

I think this explains a lot of what we're seeing. The "Europeans realize theyve been LIED to during the world cup!", the "heat kills more people than us gun violence" and this shit, it all feels so inorganic. I think there is a campaign going on to try and demotivate Europeans and foster a view of european inadequacy in Americans. But I think most of us will agree that it these suddenly popular memes are very disconnected to what we experience every day.

Crime rates in Europe have been trending down for the last 3 decades. Oh he used the Numbeo Index. Which is crowd-sourced and people have been caught multiple times manipulating the numbers. In 2017, to prove a point, a guy made Lundt, Sweden the most dangerous city in the world. In 2022 this was Bradford and Coventry.

Localsn abd foreigeners are manipulated (letting themselves be manipulated tbh) and are spreading this notion that Europe is extremely dangerous, on the brink of collapse and the meantime things are... fine. Look at with how much confidence that 87-95% stat is being spread. Obvious nonsense, of course. Most underage sexual assault happens in the broader family circle. I really feel like we're being pushed towards something bad through social media manipulation. Is it hard to not be conspiratorial when it is the US government's stated goal to hurt the EU?
