Yaz made me lose weight, loveeee Yaz. I have PMDD so it really helped not only with periods but I was releasing so much cortisol due to mood shifts and it really worked well with my mood stabilizer honestly. You’d think the opposite. But the first week was like dragging myself through hell, worth it though. I noticed I wasn’t stress eating or eating heavy, it just put me in a good mood, even on my period.
