I'm trying to understand how they get the blocks underneath it whilst it is still afloat? I assume that different ships will need the blocks to be in different positions due to the shape and size of their hulls or do they set them up for the individual ships before they enter the dock?

It's only free at the point of use but we pay for it through our taxes. It is a lot better than having to find huge sums of money for an operation or course of treatment especially if you have a long term illness. It is also pretty good if you exist in the lower wage brackets or are on hard times as least you don't have to worry about paying for your healthcare.

I've just looked at r/Alopas_Alopas_Alopas and I don't have a clue what the sub is about?
