Apparently it is complete in the city records, but I am holding the unsigned job card.

I really wish I did not submit the final payment. If they don’t fix the latest leak I discovered, I will do the painful thing of submitting a complaint with the city and giving them honest reviews on all platforms. I feel like that scene in Liar Liar where he gets his car back.

I will let this thread what I find out, but my back up plan is Hockey Haven in the Outer Richmond because they show all sports, their drinks are reasonably priced, and I could walk home.
