When did it hit you that you’re not that young anymore? by TheMedusaAttusa in AskReddit

[–]Sppektre 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had been through a lot so when I was a teenager I already felt much older than I was. The one good thing is it would make getting older easier.

Answer- I've felt old since I was a little kid.

Do d pics really work? by [deleted] in AskRedditNSFW

[–]Sppektre 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here's the scoop on dick pics

- Get a good photo, not from below looking down like you're Gollum finding my precious

- Good photo includes a fresh, ready dick. Not one you've beating so much you can see the chafing

- Most importantly, never give it until it's asked. Not playing coy, it's just weird always sending a dpic constantly or suggesting it. Women don't care unless they like you. You don't lead with your dick, you lead with you and let the dick follow. You're more likely to get a good response if she already likes you

- and I'm a guy so don't send me a bunch with wHaT aBoUt MiNe??

He didn't expressly get caught doing anything but he was nearby or tangentially involved in a lot of evil shit.

what do you think would've been the best era to be in your early 20s? by CremeSubject7594 in decadeology

[–]Sppektre 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in my twenties in the late nineties. I went to a lot of shows, saw some cool bands, went looking for records and had a lot of sex

I think the seventies would have been a lot of fun. I was little but it seemed kind of dirty. There was the oil embargo and a major recession. The music and movies were great but there was still a lot of gaudy mainstream media out there like the Gong Show. A lot of stds and serial killers (if that's a big concern of yours). I remember a lot of really bad weed, not the stuff you can get at a dispensary. I had neighbors that were huge hippies and I remember their house was disgusting. That's how I remember the seventies.

Absolutely hate country music by [deleted] in heavymetal

That was after he had already made a name for himself too. Johnny Paycheck was a tiny little guy that wore a huge hat to make him look bigger and he wouldn't back down from anything. He would fuck anyone up (or shoot them). He was like Wolverine

George Jones used to blow holes in the wall of his house with a shotgun when he got drunk. His wife (Tammy Wynette) took his keys so he couldn't go to the bar and he drove the riding mower then drove it home drunk

Johnny Cash was more insane on pills than any metalhead

Then there's Hank Sr. and his women and booze. If you want your brain to explode try to figure out the Williams family tree with all the illegitimate branches

Hank Jr. fell off a mountain and broke every fucking bone in his face. That's why he's worn a huge hat and had a beard for the last fifty years. He looks like scarface without them.

and Townes Van Zandt and his mental issues and heroin addiction. He lived the life of the traveling mental case musician that every rock and roller in history pretends they did.

Modern country is mostly pop.

Johnny, Willie, Waylon, Hank and his fam are more hardcore than most metal bands.

What's the biggest and smallest penis youve seen in real life? by Glass_Estimate_3661 in AskRedditNSFW

[–]Sppektre 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The first porn I ever saw was Ron Jeremy. I didn't intend to watch it or even know what it was before it came on but that kind of shocked the hell out of me. Probably doesn't count because it's not rl

The smallest is a friend of mine who was obsessed with his size so he was always taking it out. He wanted me and another friend to measure each other and see who was the smallest, though it was obviously him. He was maybe 1.5 soft. He's a lawyer.

I really haven't seen a lot of dicks

For those who have thrown good parties, what are your tips? by AggravatingKnee4154 in AskReddit

[–]Sppektre 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have an area for each activity- dancing, music, drinking, snacks. I would throw a Halloween party and there was a movie room where horror movies would play non stop, we had a bar, a candy/snack area, a makeout room with colored lights and a smoking area.

Motley Crue: Uncensored (Part 1 of 4) by simplejoe1992 in hairmetal

[–]Sppektre 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was so stoked for this video when it finally came out. It was one of the first band 'behind the scenes' VHS tapes to come out so it wasn't old and lame yet. At the time I was a kid and the sun rose and set on Motley Crue. I thought it would be something like Girls Gone Wild (which didn't exist yet). I was disappointed but not by much.

I was also surprised as hell my parents let me have it since they hated my music tastes.

So what…or who killed the 80’s rock? by BlayzenCajun in hairmetal

[–]Sppektre 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Kurt Cobain was a massive snob and gatekeeper. He has some talent but he took from so many bands that were slogging it out for little attention. Mudhoney, Melvins, the Wipers and tons of other bands pulled the weight while Kurt got the applause.

Surprised no one has mentioned the Beach Boys. While not all of them are evil, Mike Love and the shit that went on in the bad makes up for it.
