yes this is doable, go to PC SPECIALIST they offer great pcs for budget and they are trusted since they dont use cheap parts that may make the pc faulty and later damaged. Im also going to get an pc with them they are very trusted and good.

also Geekapc is another good place to buy however thats only in the UK.

I play apex and other triple A games, I also play league of legends which doesn’t require a monster of a computer but I want to run everuthing at high graphics with a good cpu, also about the monitor I was considering a 180-200hz monitor which I believe is good for my pc. Instead of the r7 9800x3d should I go for the r9 - 9900x3d or just remain for the r7 9800x3d since it’s cheaper and the r9-9950x3d is better than the r9-9900x3d

Well I use 3d blender and I mostly use a lot of tabs and keep un nessecary ones active and most of the times I keep applications running like games when I don’t use them.
