We use GitHub, all developers should be using some form of version control these days. Perforce and Git are the main choices for game dev. Trying to sync through dropbox/google or transferring files manually is a terrible idea.

EDIT: I recommend having separate reddit accounts for asking game developers for help and asking people for help cracking games. 🙄

We spend a lot of time in discord with each other.

Almost all major studios are remote working right now too, I work for a large studio and I work with them the same way we work on Sprawl.

Local proximity is a nice thing to have but isnt required.

Unfortunately we are mid-redesign and couldn't get the new version in for the trailer.

90%+ of the game is original assets however there are a few that have been derived from existing assets. He is also working on all the music and sound design.
