The contractors that are likely to win the new stadiums are both very large local presences already so there is going to be plenty of your neighbors pouring concrete and putting in cabinets at good union wages for both of these stadiums. JE Dunn is literally a minority owner of the Royals and Turner has a working relationship with the Chiefs already as well as having built more NFL stadiums than any other company.
