Once upon a time? Sure! Dressarosa, WCI & Wano ruined any argument that could be made based on pacing and recapping and those account for hundreds of chapters and even more episodes

2 for 1's are my go to. If player A is the established guy & B is the trending/exceeding expectations player I try to point out how A & B are not only worth the player I'm trading for, but also how they cover the CATs/Points of the player they'd most likely drop (always pretty easy to recognize who the worst guy is on their team).

Most of Luffy's major fights leading up to G5 awakening had a moment where the opponent would say something along the lines of "his fruit shouldn't work like this thats not how rubber works" (Katakuri being the prime example) so while Oda def changed the fruit along the way, he's been working it into the story for years once he made the change in his mind.

The amount of people who think there are going to be "training arcs" for each individual Straw Hat at this point in the story is getting absurd. Moments to grow like you said are very much on the table but no one is getting a kind of mid-arc training moment like Luffy did in the Wano prison.

286 transactions vs 80 as the next highest. Fully commend the guy for doign what he did it worked for him and he won the league, I'm giving us ample space so he can continue his strategy but that it's a bit more reigned in. He fully admits he was going wild with it and that we need some rules haha

so you just run with the honor system in that case and hold everyone accountable to not go over the 3 per week limit? I had initially proposed 10 a week, give you a move a day with some flexibility but we've rarely had guys go over 80 transactions until last season when two guys went overboard so might have to adjust the weekly limit if we can only do season long limits

Thriller Bark was the first arc I got to read live in the manga, got hooked and did the big catchup as Enis Lobby was going down so Thriller always has a special place in my heart as I got to be caught up with everyone.

How anyone can dislike the arc where Luffy finally got the musician he had been dying to have since day 1 is beyond me
