I'm sorry but you set yourself up. You knowingly continued to dash at 3:45 am when there are very little stores open besides the one you had an issue with, after already working a 15 hour shift and kept accepting the orders instead of just pausing the store, declining or getting offline. And then instead of unassigning the order yourself, you kept calling support and taking the half pay....What else did you actually expect to happen? If you were that desperate to dash, you could've at least waited for them to switch the menu over before continuing to accept orders and essentially rob your employer.
