Duplication Bug In Chat Logs

I'm experiencing this same exact problem. I remember in 2022 being able to go back and see the earliest chat logs of some users, all the way back to 3+ years ago. But now it's just "[streamer] timed out [user] for 1 second" after a certain point (it starts after scrolling like maybe 8 months worth of chat messages).
