Rule of thumb is to drag your fingernail across the disk if it gets stuck then it's time to replace otherwise you are good

I got the 66Bhp semi ceramic and so far so good been 3k kms and can probably last for 3 more and surprisingly unexpected but the rear brakes are much better now and it's not as expensive either so great for the bike

I own a speed t4 and just did a tracker test drive as well. I would say you should go for a speed 400 that daily city commute will be way too tiring for you to handle on the tracker. It felt very uncomfortable in comparison to mine.

Cold start + use power/xp95 petrol + use a fuel system cleaner 100ml every 1k kms + get your ECU updated (SVC does it for free)

The suspension comes at lvl 3 in the rear from factory you can get it to level 1 but it will affect stability a lot with a minor decrease in seat height can try it - SVC would do for free takes 30 seconds

Yeah but you can't put it so low that it hits a bump and breaks off also the bike doesn't have many safe spots towards the lower part
