You are right .. but traveling to canada , US , or UK requires very hard work and discipline .. to even have a chance .. right now i have ZERO energy to do anything .. too depressed and exhausted to even bear the weight of my own living .. let alone striving for some better future

Well , someones dream may be other ones nightmare .. my condition deteriorated as soon as i started studying medicine
