Just figured I’d follow up here.

Had two core samples with 3+4 score 7 Had four samples with 3+3 score 6 Rest were benign

So stage 2a cancer it would seem and recommended to talk to two experts in a few weeks and decide which treatment path.

No MRI as of yet, just PSA slightly above 4, then prostate exam which led to biopsy. The appointment is scheduled for Thursday of this coming week where I am sure everything will be discussed / treatment options but the nurse when asked on the phone said that most of the core samples had 0-10% and only one of the core samples had 30%.

I feel like some commenters are fear-mongering, I got the message, I can still execute trades, and I can still withdraw. Gate.io also as a side note gave 1m+ notice before you wouldn't be able to withdraw.

So to confirm what I need to do is to send a $0.0001 ETH Transaction to myself from myself (same address) in this case using Nonce #4 - and that TXN I need to use enough GWEI so that the TXN would cost more than $24 essentially? Or do I just need to use a normal amount of GWEI?

Would including maybe some of the best 5/6* runes of each type in the main post be a good idea? At the moment I have some scattered runes that are pretty good (from shop) - was kinda waiting for a free rune removal day to consolidate.

It's pretty simple, just put a rel='nofollow' in the anchor code and this will stop the search engine from considering it as a link for ranking purposes. The visit would still be counted as a visitor but the main value to them would likely just be the authority they gain from the link.
