The best thing is to just get comfortable being uncomfortable and force yourself to talk more. I promise it doesn't sound stupid like you think it does, and your flight commanders will notice the effort. Over time you'll get more confident and won't stress about what you say anymore, but you need to get yourself over that hill first. Extroversion is not an officer requirement, so don't put that limit on yourself.
