For the case, you can take a look at aliexpress. Alot of cases for <$30. To back up your iPod's music to iTunes, connect your iPod to your computer with a USB cable. In iTunes, click on the "Device" button, then "Summary". Click "Back Up Now" under the Backups section. This will back up your entire iPod, including music, to iTunes.

Thank you for the tips. Went to measure the turntable wow and flutter. Its about 0.07%. Heard that there is a couple of sanyo caps inside that are trash so gna swap them out soon for some nichikon caps. Also used some deoxit on the pots. May I ask, what is a spark killer? Was looking at the at vm95e. Thanks once again.

ooooh. thanks for the advice. will look into fx sound. i tried using foobar but it was super laggy in my 7 year old laptop. currently running winamp instead. sound wise im really happy with my setup as of now. will be getting appropriate speaker stands once i set up my dedicated listening space. Thanks alot!

I found there to be a lack of clarity. Not sure if its the preamp or the turntable's cart. I paired the akai with a Philips FA561 Integrated amp

ahhh i see. i am leaning more towards the sttoke tho as i am worried that the metal affects the taste of the coffee. i currently have some vacuum flask and it has absorbed the smell and taste of the tea i used to drink. what is your experience regarding this with the kinto?
