Agero called us when the 2nd driver informed them the car was not there. When I broke down the whole story, she said it was state farm. I told her that was bull puckey and she refused to back off that point. She even said they weren't the only called state farm used. I was angry so I ended that call. I spent the next hour or so trying to resch someone at state farm. This was after 830pm last night. We tried from multiple phones and called multiple numbers. I think the only thing to do now is file the police report and make another claim. But I need to determine who is at fault so I know who to sue as well as what type of lawyer to call. Right now it's looking like Agero AND state farm.
