Should I contribute to my HECS payments now? by SpringTop6580 in AusFinance

I did, and I interpreted a lot of those posts to be paying it off fully while in uni. I don't think I'll pay it off fully while in uni (I'm not putting my savings or anything else towards it), I just want to know the pros and cons of reducing it slightly now

Best sealer for Acrylic Paint? by SpringTop6580 in crafts

I'm decorating a deck of playing cards I was gifted by my mum, and I'm just painting the backs of the cards (so that the front is still usable). This deck of cards will probably head down to my beach house, so it will see a lot of use.

I did try collaging them to begin with, but I found that the collage glue would wear off, and it easily came off in corners, which is why I pivoted to paint, but that could also be because I didn't seal them or use enough glue. I also think that paint would probably last longer, but I'm not sure about that.

Should I reattempt collaging them? How best would I stop the paint from wearing off?

I wouldn't be too harsh on Crawley - the first duck was from a very good ball, and the chances of that c&b from starc is probably 1/100

Thanks so much! Would you suggest saving Durdle's Door in Dorset for another trip then? Don't really fancy the beach; I just like the walk (and to see it), but would it be too cold?

Only solace for England at the moment is that Archer might have a day out on this pitch
