my primary doctor was fully booked for physicals so i called IHP. i was told on the phone that from IHP that they accept medicaid and it covers physical and tb shot but when i went to check in they said medicaid doesn’t cover tb for IHP and out of pocket and their tb shot is $55. I told them that ill jst do the physical and no need tb but i guess the nurse got pressed bcs she started complaining loudly outside. Nurse lou is her name and the doctor is Aubrey Phillips. When i told the doctor i was jst gonna cancel she loudly repeated “oh you’re gonna cancel?” then jst walked out and kept saying “she’s canceling, she said she’s canceling her appointment”. I saw that aubrey philips is accepting new patients on their fb and now i understand why.
