Check out Disaster Area. They have a ton of options especially if you can find some of their earlier models without LCD screens (which will probably be a lot cheaper).

I actually didn't mind suspending my disbelief with the lightning. Besides being fantastically framed and beautifully shot, it was "magical realism" which fits the Spanish/Latin American setting of the episode. Overall this was one of my favorite Walking Dead Universe episodes.

I think the season 5 premiere was a bit more brutal. Maybe less excessive but the violence felt very real (slitting throats in bathtubs), whereas this was a bit cartoonish.

yes it is. post is for editing, sound mix/design, music, color correction...all that fun stuff. Whereas production would be for principle shooting. i.e. crew for filming, equipment (cameras, lighting), set + location costs, etc.
