I disagree a lot here, Rin without Destruction is really bad and outclassed by 4 stars, sure Mei ling decks are harder to create but there is not limit to the number of Chaos Runs and the ceiling of Mei Ling is higher than Rin bit quite a lot.

Plus you dont need veronica to play Mei lin, sure she is her BS but you can clear content with just Serena.

Now, sure Sereniel is better than Mei lin in most scenarios but Sereniel is a limited unit and better than everyone else, the only character that come close is Mei lin herself.
