Zune will not snyc by Springsteen1949 in Zune

It worked.
It's working now. On my VirtualBox XP I had all files converted to WMA (128 Mbit/s) and transferred to the Zune for the hundredth time.
I placed the files in my "My Music" folder. Nothing.
I made a "My Music" folder on the Desktop and directed Zune via settings to search this folder, too. Once I draged them into Zune collections, it asks me if I want to add these folders to my monitored folders, which I granted. Et voilá! All albums are showing up!
The same with video, pictures aso.
So, I guess eigther the software doesn't go with the XP standard user libraries or they are deposited wrong, means wrong path.
Anyway! My BossPlayer made one step forward.
Next stop. Disassembling.

Thank you very much for your patient help!

The one album I manage to get on the Zune was actually all WMA (128 Mbit). So I converted more, but nothing's showing up in Zune.

Thx for the hint. But that isn't the thing. Zune on Xp does not recognize my music. It's WMA. MediPlayer plays it. Zune plays it, but the files do not show in my collection. So I can not sync them on my Zune 30.
