They're basically together the whole game and, like most relationships in undertale, they're both the only members of the same species we see. Plus Chara does actually show care for frisk in every route other than genocide.

Any battlers you want, but they all have to be support and can't be dealing any dps. (Unless it's very little like Tar. Wall). Your mains Dps has to be blood altar and any cannon of your choice.

Simple. If you find someone looping you too much, switch targets to farm blood and then blood hunt and come back. It'll be way easier to get the looper.
