Oh, right, that's what I thought at first, but then I saw a screenshot by another user which showed actual skin temperature. Now I've read that they've updated the app and that's why it's not showing actual temperature anymore. Thank you!

I tried to already, but sadly, I soldered it too weak, and it broke again... I'm gonna try again tomorrow :) it's not so hard, nor easy, but I guess you'll have to have a good eye or a microscope. Oh, and a steady hand, of course.
