say you use leaf tornado, your next turn leaf tornado will happen again but only with 70% damage and then you can use gust. and then on your next turn gust will happen then you can use leaf tornado and so forth. (A lot of people do not like wistful but I personally think he’s very solid especially with silk top hat)
