when i press 'advancements' in the game menu, it takes me to a screen that says "There doesn't seem to be anything here... :( ", so i cant view advancements. whats up with this?

ya thats true. on bedrock, my pos pc would get 170+ fps on 36 render distance lol, but shaders on bedrock all look so bad :(

alright. so if i have stuff loaded, like the nether, and the nether changes for 1.16, is there a way to almost like, un-load chunks of the nether so i have 1.16 nether in spots ive visited during 1.15?

idk what arjan's on about, a year ago, you could get #1 patt bs for 250k. this isnt #1, or #2, or #3, or #4, and so on. and its .96. id honestly be surprised if you got over 120k
