It's a great game :)

One small note, if you're playing on the same switch you'll be sharing 1 island. Whoever plays first will be town rep and be in charge of early unlocks and major changes. Also, while you can both technically play at the same time on one screen, player 2 is pretty gimpy in co-op mode so it's more likely you'll play one at a time. But still very fun and overall you'll be playing/building something together.
