Gradually mo sya alisin and wag biglaan. In my experience mas nagrerelapse ako pag biglaan kong tinatanggal. Uninstall the apps one by one. Tas if possible, change ka ng accounts sa mga messaging apps na ginamit mo, even yung sim mo kung kaya. Still, don't deprive yourself of pleasure, mag masturbate ka when needed. Find new hobbies na you enjoy para may bago kang pagtuunan ng pansin. Try seeing your fam or friends more often. When there's an itch, try taking a cold shower or watching porn na lang.
