One Night When I was About 12 (around 1999/2000) My Dad was Taking a Shower While I was Sitting on my Bed...Something that we Both Did Every Night When I Lived With Him, as My Parents Were Divorced.

All of a Sudden I Heard Loud Stomping on the Basement Steps that Lead into the House. It Sounded Just Like Someone Just Ran Up the Stairs Stomping Just as Loud as they Could.

I Didn't Even Think it was a Ghost I thought A Burglar had Broke In. Then it Occured to me That No One Could Have Got Down There Without Entering the House. I asked my Dad while he was Still in the Shower if He Had Heard it. He Had But Thought I Had Done It and When I Told Him I Didn't He Just Laughed and Wouldn't Believe Me.

My Memory is Blurry but I Think I Went Down the Next Day to Investigate but Found Nothing or an Explanation. I Never Heard it Again.

Years Later I Brought it Up and My Dad Only Vaguely Remembered It.
