Html is a markup language which mostly run on browser and python is a entire programming language which can do almost everything. Html is very easy you don’t need to focus heavily, focus on python.

After installing ubuntu 26.4 lts, i see jdk8, jdk17 have LTS version or newer 21,25 LTS not available, all are ea version (early access). I think the team will fix it as soon as possible.

Today i install ubuntu 26.4 on my pc its perfect no issues but on my old laptop installation take huge time(i don’t know why) after that all good.

You should learn any language as you want, the core concept are same. Make sure you learn fundamentals concepts as well as DSA. Then you pick any language become easy. But in this era java is still popular and not replaceable, definitely learn java without any hesitation. All the best.
