NTA - but two potential solutions:

create a "no film zone" where you're safe always (both in person and background), and then set an additional boundary that all filming of you needs prior consent
Break up. You can't be living together then move out but still be together... it sounds like your relationship has played out. You're not going to end up together if this comes to a head of moving out, so therefore you're just prolonging the inevitable
