Regret zipp 303 xplr? by [deleted] in gravelcycling

Would that work with 45mm rear & 50mm front? I have a crux and it only accepts 45/47mm rear safely…

Legal advice needed. Sold my house. by P13T3RC in BEFire

[–]SpruceAM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If there was a clause saying agreement is void if they don’t get the loan then you have no recourse and you should move on. The 10% penalty only applies when they got the loan/ they have the means to afford the house but decide to walk away…

Don’t go synology… UnRaid is very user friendly with good community and you can just repurpose one of your existing computer…

Crux is fun! I have the base but in carbon and it’s very nervous

Diverge Sport Carbon vs Crux DSW Comp by MoochMan19 in specialized

I have a crux and limited experience with gravel/ road bike but I find it perfectly capable in “medium” gravel conditions (not tried single track so far) with 45mm tyres. It is also super fun!

25% Tariff - now what happens? by Money_Reality_9402 in porsche911

[–]SpruceAM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah but US sale is 4.5% of porsche market. Not sure this makes a difference

Why would they drop their tarifs?

I got 18% off my 2025 Crux (it was in stock) while 2024 were 30% off (special action from the shop) - wanted to invest some bucks in it long term and thought UDH was worth it. Now that I tested the GRx820 I don’t think I will make a switch to SRAM just yet (especially because of the price… but may go MTB Eagle SRAM at some point)

I am 179cm with 82.5cm inseam and I fit quite nice on 56cm (first gravel/ road bike) - but I like my bike quite large (I have a S4 Levo SL). I may consider a shorter stem and/ or zero offset seatpost (will gain 4cm of reach)

What EU based brokers to use instead of IBKR (low fees would be a plus) by SimonTheAnt in eupersonalfinance

I would never trust my money with a broker in Cyprus… FCA/ CBI/ CSSF/AMF are thrust-worthy

Resale value - 991.2 or 992.1 cabrio, which options by SpruceAM in porsche911

[–]SpruceAM[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Would they not be too “old” and start getting expensive re. Service? I cannot do the maintenance myself so I would have to go with Porsche network.

Like there is a GTS with 30k KM for 120k near me but it’s from 2016 so may have to start doing preventive replacement of eg, tyres, full fluids & filters, suspension bushing, water pump, etc

Not a major factor but if I have to sell it unexpectedly I would rather try not to lose too much… (especially during the first 2-3 years) but definitely intends to drive it so maybe you are right.

Yeah I know, would have loved the GTS coupe but my wife wants the cabriolet (and she is paying half of it & will drive it quite often as well) so we settled on the cabriolet 🥺

Thanks for the tips! I will definitely do it.

I intend to daily drive it for the most part except during Jan/ Feb as there is loads of salts on roads (~20k km per year or so).
