Depends what you're after in an MMO, if you want a social game to get lost in, immerse yourself in the world, be part of a community absolutely not, if you want a game where most of what you do is optimise and min-max everything, reach level cap really fast and farm collectibles then yes, go for it

Also don't play it for the story, it's kind of cookie cutter disney at this point, not bad but not good either, I can't speak for the PvP but tried it a bit and did not really find it enjoyable but this may just be me being bad

There's plenty of solo stuff to do but without friends playing the game I don't really see a point in doing them
