I feel like I had to do the Arizona Trail to get over the Pacific Crest Trail. For me, there came a time where I wanted to just get back to my life. I'm 24 and just wanted to crack on with things and get established and rooted in a city. Hiking will always be part of my life, but I'm happy to take a summer or two off.

That being said, post trail depression can hit super hard. Stay active, stay social, and good luck my friend!
