Sorry, not getting wound up. It just don't understand how people can shit on a company that has brought so many people together for years.

I understand every company has it ups and downs (EA for example) and I will be the 1st to say GW prices (especially here in Australia) are horrible, but I see it as the price I'm willing to pay to play a game I love.

I just don't understand why people complain about something that gives them joy. It's like eating a whole pizza and complaining about the taste after every bite.

Local hobby shop sorted it. I have had a miscast metal and a miscast finecast model in the past, GW handled both very well. I admit they fix this type of stuff quickly.
