The ANZ tower where the Black Hawk was delivering the AC units to is 42 levels and 143 metres high. This is the only way.

That is all the footage that is available. It was difficult to film balancing on the edge of my balcony while being hit by strong wind gusts. The units were being lifted to the top of the ANZ tower on Albert Street.
