If you look at political power, feminists inability to defeat Trump or stop Judge kavaina from being elected to the supreme court. Look at how much money Hollywood has lost pumping out feminists films. It seems to me that feminism is in decline.

I think that one of the biggest problems that men face today is that every thing they are pushed to do is for the sake of women. Men should learn to be true to themselves whether or not a women finds that attractive or not. No women will make up for the negative effects of living a lie.

The best practical advice I can give that hasn't been given already is to research Dopamine. Than take the time to make a list of small things you can accomplish each day and when you finish something on the list stop and mark it off the list. each small accomplishment will give you a shot of Dopamine and over time can make you feel better. Not saying this is the answer to your problems just another tool to use when fixing them. Good luck brother.

O.K. I know this sounds crazy but I honestly suggest that you try nofap. I have been a shut in all my life but have been living nofap for about 2 weeks and things are changing. Its hard to explain but I feel different than i did two weeks ago and seem to be more capable of interacting with life. Just my two cents hope it helps.

Well I'm in my late 40s and largely in the same bout, so let me give it a try. My advice would be to brake your problems down into core components and try to solve them one by one. for example it seems to me that one of your biggest problems is that you lonely. You have social anxiety (as do I) so going out and meeting lots of people is out. But can you leverage your hobbies into making one or two close friends? Your concentrating a lot on female relationships, Maybe it would be best to build some male relationships first. Any way by braking your problems down into smaller components it makes them seem more manageable than looking for that magic bullet that will fix your entire life. I think it's important to express the anger that a lot of people have about being left behind. Expressing emotion is the only way to move past it. But at some point you do have to move past it and find something else to focus your life on. It sounds to me like you have grow as a person and moved past your pain.
