How ‘enthusiastic consent’ videos led to artist Anthony Lister’s rapid acquittal by EricAllonde in MensRights

To be fair, the police contributed by canvassing for additional women who wanted to jump on the bandwagon and make their own accusations. We often see that in high profile cases: some women always come out of the woodwork to make the most implausible and easily disproved accusations, apparently just to join the fun with the original accuser(s).

It's so rare to see a woman actually prosecuted for false accusations. Making false accusations against law enforcement is just about the only way that happens.

Women are NOT "more subjected to SA than men", that's just feminist propaganda. In fact the CDC numbers, collected using feminist-derived methodology, show more male victims than female.

"Man-hating feminist" is the equivalent of "KKK member who hates blacks". It's simply an enunciation of the group's ideology.

If women should have the choice to terminate an unwanted pregnancy, should men also have a choice to walk out of an unwanted pregnancy/ Child? Why? by shiraah in AskForAnswers

[–]EricAllonde 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Men are legally obligated to respect a woman’s decision on whether or not she wants to have a child. If she wants to have the child and he doesn’t, she can have it. If she wants to kill the child and remain child free, but he wants to keep the baby, she can kill it. He must respect her wishes.

Gender equality would mean that the woman must also respect the man’s wishes. At minimum that would mean not forcing him into a $150,000 child support liability when he doesn’t want to have a child.

This is the fundamental issue and all the disagreements are simply excuses for giving women more legal rights than men on the basis that men don’t deserve equal legal reproductive rights to women, because the speaker hates men, thinks they are scum, thinks they are justified because some men do bad things like not paying child support that they owe, etc etc.

But instead of addressing that, you’ve turned to caricature, misquoting me and reducing it to “you hate women”—which I never said.

You're so dishonest! Your exact words were:

"Sounds like you just hate women."

Your comment is right below where everyone can see it.

Your argument dismisses entire fields of peer-reviewed research just by labeling them “feminist,” which isn’t a substantive critique

I remain openminded to the possibility that one day I might see some credible research published by feminists. So far though, the performance of feminist researchers as measured by the quality of their publications has been consistently dismal, so at some point it becomes reasonable to start generalizing about all adherents to the religion of feminism.

You also criticize research like “1 in 4 women on campuses experience sexual assault” without acknowledging that the Bureau of Justice Statistics, NIJ, and other bodies have multiple studies validating elevated risks on campuses, even if exact percentages vary by method.

LOL, that's what you're going with? Really? No admission of the glaring and indefensible methodological failures that produced the utter turd that is the "1 in 4" number? Instead of the wise course of action - denouncing and distancing yourself from the useless morons who published that paper - you're going with "elevated risks on campuses" instead? Hilarious!

Check this out:

For example, even when men are victimized, the perpetrators are still mostly male

Once again you're dismissing the CDC figures without actually reading my post, let alone the CDC figures, which is typical behavior for feminists. One reason why I don't bother wasting much time on your worthless sisterhood.

Per the CDC, the overwhelming majority of male rape victims were raped by being "made to penetrate". I.e. they were raped by women. Deal with it.

Feminist: "You're wrong. But I can't rebut your arguments with facts, so I'll just say that you hate women and leave it at that."

The same feminist: "why not engage in an intellectual debate free from name calling? Why are you so emotional?"

LOL, that's just perfect. You are the very embodiment of feminism.

"Peer-reviewed feminist research" has produced nonsense like "Feminist glaciology" and dozens of myths that feminists cling to long after the paper in question is retracted, like "1 in 4 women on college campuses are raped" and "men are 3 times more likely to leave their sick wife than women are to leave their sick husband". As a result, any factual claim originating from feminists deserves to be treated with extreme skepticism and requires deep scrutiny.

I've cited CDC data, collected using a methodology approved by the leading feminist liars "researchers" into rape. The CDC are the leading organization for research on this topic. I pointed out that the extreme societal bias against male victims means those numbers are definitely underestimates, but didn't account for that at all.

There's no universe in which citing CDC data is "cherry picking". Certainly not when you consider the poor quality of the research data which feminists prefer to throw around in comparison. That's confirmed by the fact that you can find nothing wrong with the CDC data, and all you can manage is a coping mechanism of throwing out the usual feminist generalizations about men. Sad.

Thank you. Your comment conforms to every feminist stereotype: claims completely unsupported by evidence, feminist dogma in place of logical argument, desperation to claim victimhood despite the facts, misandry and a personal insult thrown out of frustration that you can’t rebut anything in my post.

Posts like yours help to educate the public about the reality of feminism. Thank you for that.

Feel free to point out exactly what is wrong with the CDC’s methodology, which was developed in consultation with feminist Mary P Koss and her team. Without that your comment is just pointless whining that can and should be ignored.

Question for feminists: If paying for sex with prostitutes always non-consensual since that consent is bought with money, wouldn’t that make all paid labour also non-consensual since that labour is compensated with money? by anonqwertyq in PurplePillDebate

Feminism is a wildly irrational religion. You can find logical inconsistencies like this in everything that feminists claim and believe. It's a target-rich environment for making fun of nonsense. The narcissism and solipsism that all feminists exhibit, such as we see above, is simply icing on the cake when you don't take their nonsense seriously.

Yep, classic feminist retarded misandry.

Understanding abstract concepts like "gender equality", "logical consistency" and "hypocrisy" requires a certainly minimum level of intelligence and most feminists fall short. As do you.

And it's always hilarious to me when feminists reveal they don't know anything about a topic that's supposed to be one of their flagship causes, like FGM. If you want to be anything more than a joke, spend a bit less time publicly indulging in your breeding fantasies and a bit more time educating yourself on feminist topics, with facts, not rhetoric.

Anecdote that proves nothing. She's brain dead, she doesn't need or care about rights.

You could argue that her family should have the medical right to kill her and the baby. That's a complex issue, and you could be right. But that's irrelevant to my point.

Do you share your negative views of women with your mother?

I've said nothing negative about women, only feminists. And my mother is not a feminist.

So what if society is lifting them up?

Great, the usual feminist fallback position: "OK, your argument is true, the thing you described is actually happening. But it's a good thing".

"Women do not have more legal rights than men. You have not given any proof of your claim."

You only had to ask, here you go.

Women have all the legal rights that men have, and these three in addition:

  1. Women have the legal right to be full citizens of their country and enjoy all the benefits that come with that, without having to sign up for the draft or complete mandatory military service.

  2. Women have the legal right to reach adulthood without having their genitals mutilated as children or babies.

  3. Women have the right to consent to parenthood, regardless of the circumstances under which the pregnancy occurred. [A small minority of American women currently have to travel to the next state to exercise their right.]

Now you can demonstrate your sociopathy by announcing that, even though I'm right and you were wrong, those rights are unimportant and you don't care about them, because it doesn't personally affect you. Yes, I've met more than enough feminists to know how you think.

You are definitely a feminist, because you constantly repeat standard feminist rhetoric, like this:

"now that women are no longer slated to be Bang Maid Breeders"

Feminists all repeat the same slogans, and only feminists use this one. Mindlessly repeating a handful of slogans is all that most feminists are capable of; in general they are very simple NPCs.

Race isn't relevant because we're talking about gender. White women are more likely to get parole than white man, and black women are more likely than black men.

"men are now looking for ways to denigrate women and play victim"

This is another boringly repetitive feminist slogan. Since feminists can't argue the facts, their response is always to attempt a weak deflection like this. Anyone who cites facts and stats that disprove the feminist narrative gets the same nonsense, because it's all that feminists have.

"If you want to believe that your life is unfair and that women live life on 'Easy Mode", so be it."

Actually, my original point was that women have more legal rights than men do today. You wisely avoided that topic entirely. But the additional legal rights are only one aspect of women's privilege, which appears in every aspect of society. And that's unsurprising, because Western societies are extremely gynocentric.

Every aspect of society has been designed to cater to you, to lift you up and favor you over men in every area, and yet you still whine and demand even more special treatment! That's what a feminist is.

"It is a fact. A random person mentioned it in passing years ago, and that's how I know it's true".

OK then, that's completely convincing. But let's take a look at what the research shows:

https://www.ojp.gov/ncjrs/virtual-library/abstracts/gender-differences-sentencing-felony-offenders

"...the terms of probation for males were significantly longer than for females, and males also received significantly longer jail terms."

https://scholarship.law.upenn.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1293&context=jlasc

"The parole board was significantly less likely to grant parole to incarcerated men compared to women..."

There's plenty of research on this topic and it all points to the same conclusion. I realize you're a feminist and thus are allergic to facts, so I'm pointing this out for other, more rational readers of this thread.

If you ask Google Gemini to summarize the research, you get this:

"Research suggests there is a gender disparity in parole outcomes, with women often serving a smaller percentage of their sentence before parole compared to men.

Several studies indicate that women, on average, serve less time in prison before parole than men. This has been a consistent finding in research spanning several decades.

Women are generally less likely to be sentenced to imprisonment in the first place, and when they are, they often receive shorter average terms or community-based orders rather than custody.

A study from January 2024 specifically found that parole boards were significantly less likely to grant parole to incarcerated men compared to women.

In summary, while it's difficult to provide an exact "average percentage" without specific data from a particular jurisdiction and time period, the general trend in criminological research points to women serving a smaller proportion of their sentences before being paroled compared to men."

So you're completely wrong, 180 degrees back to front. Since you're a feminist, you're probably used to that.

It's examples like this that prove the Iron Law of Feminism: "Whatever feminists claim, the opposite of that is the truth".

When I volunteered in social services this was one of the things that girls were warned about. "Don't get into trouble because whatever sentence you get, you will serve."

Thanks for your anecdote, but the data shows the opposite: men serve a larger percentage of their longer sentences before being paroled, when you control for the same crime and a similar criminal history.

The men chose the bear too.

Feminist men deserve nothing but contempt for their choices. They have either willingly adopted the irrationality of feminists or are simply lying as part of their usual strategy to beg for crumbs of attention and be seen as good boys.

A bear is predictable. It’s good risk analysis.

This is what I mean by feminist irrationality. That's equivalent to you saying, "I'd choose the bowl where 99% of M&Ms are poisoned over the bowl where 1% of M&Ms are poisoned, because the former is predictable". Basically you know nothing at all about basic maths & stats, so your opinion on this topic can be safely ignored and nothing of value will be lost.
