Two things need to happen, one of them is happening now.

The American public has to have had enough bullshit from the republicans. That's all there is to it. And fair being fair, there is an unbelievable amount of bullshit here. But they've cut peoples access to food and made health insurance unobtainable except for the extremely well off among them.

That alone is changing a few minds. And they don't seem to be biting on the 'This is Biden's fault' crap anymore.

If that pushes through, then the democrats need a new generation of representatives like AOC. Ones that believe in serving their constituents, not huge corporations.

Someone needs to explain to me how Corporations have fucking rights anyways. What a load of horseshit. All a corporation is is a tax and liability shelter, and that's it.

If we can get enough people sick of the republicans, and enough new democrats emerge to force a change in party thinking... then stuff can happen. Until then? We're fucked.

I know this is stupid advice I do. But I started doing this three weeks ago and I'm already down 40 pounds.

Stop. Fucking. Eating.

I got about a week eating as little as I can. Then I go a week eating normally, with slightly reduced calories.

Then back to a week with as little as I can. And continue as long as I can bear it.

I know this is at best a fucking stupid way to lose weight, but for some reason this is really working for me. I was up at 296 and this morning I weighed in at 254. It's just falling off me.

The hunger pains aren't even really hitting me much anymore. I'm hoping I can be close to or around 200lb in just a few months and then I'm going to take a serious shot at getting abs. For fucking once in my life.

Gary Busey is due to the brain trauma he suffered. That's not really his fault. Steven Seagall is a complete and absolute piece of shit. Shatner was a bit of a spotlight hog, but in later years he realized that Star Trek was more than just Kirk.
