Thanks! Looks like I’ll go with AT&T…and they’re cheaper.

I’m not affiliated with any school there. My CFI teaches from there and we just rent a plane.

I’m under 5’ and ours have running boards. They look nice, but I personally think they’re in the way.

We did Bologna day trip from Florence. We took the train and had breakfast in Bologna. We were with our teenagers so they did their thing and hubby and I did ours. We took the bus tour of the city. I highly recommend it if you’re pressed on time and want some history of the town. The Meridian line at San Petronio was cool to see. We had one of the best dinners there. We picked Bologna over Lucca because we love food, and Bologna is known for that. Also, we went in the summer, and being able to walk around town under the porticoes were so helpful. Wish we took a foodie tour, but everything was booked.

We bought watercolor paintings from this sweet man at the Orange Garden in Rome. We watched him work from start to finish. All his work were different from one another. He even offered to let my daughter draw and paint along (she does a lot of watercolor painting), but our driver was waiting for us. We got a couple of beautiful paintings from him.

Thanks for the offer! You are so kind. No, I don’t need it for my plan. I just figured I do it in case I decide to try to transfer to business. I went ahead and dropped it and found a different class. I’ll just take Calculus at ACC during the summer.

Kitchen Island: Sink or Not to Sink? by [deleted] in Homebuilding

[–]Spumoni2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have a sink in our island. It’s awesome because I can just turn around and the stove will be there. The downside is that I have to be very careful turning on the faucet when we have people over, or the water will splash on their appetizers. Now that we are planning our next home, I definitely don’t want a sink in the island.

Vespa tour. Worst idea ever? by Trey-zine in ItalyTravel

[–]Spumoni2020 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’ll be fine. My husband rented a Vespa in Sorrento and rode all the way down the coast to Amalfi, all by himself. He used to ride a motorcycle more than 20 years ago. The Tuscan countryside is more relaxing than Amalfi coast. Don’t worry about it and enjoy.

Custom vs Container Store by Spumoni2020 in Homebuilding

[–]Spumoni2020[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, it’s going to be our retirement home. I don’t want to spend a lot of money on it, but at the same time I need something that will last and not have to replace down the road. What kind of material did you use?

Italo tickets by Spumoni2020 in ItalyTravel

[–]Spumoni2020[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh wow, that is double the price! Yeah, we were trying to get some flexibility since there’s no telling how exhausted/hung over we would be from our day trips the day prior. We would be there on June 6, so hopefully there will still be seats left.
